Due to the current state of the music business and how tough it is out there, the powers that be have decided it's best to release my album worldwide during the first quarter of next year. With a little more time, this record can be properly set up with all the money and push possible, not to mention completely perfecting the songs and recordings on the record and maybe even adding some more great ones. You guys are the most important to me and I am going to do everything in my power to continue to keep you in the loop and also give you new music until my record comes out (I'll sneak some stuff for you!). For those of you in the US, I am going to be playing two shows as of now for Donate Life: My concert, 'Alex Band's Donate Life Rocks', here in Los Angeles at the Hard Rock Universal on October 26th featuring many other great artists and Halloween fun. And another show for Donate Life, November 10th in Richmond, Virginia at Toad's Place. Tickets will be available for both shows soon, so I hope to see some of you there. Also, 'The Final Season', the movie I wrote the main song for called 'I'm Coming Home' will be coming out in October in theaters across the US and the song will be available for purchase online. I'll also be doing TV and press to coincide with the movie release. There are lots of other really exciting things in the works and I'm going to of course keep you all updated. I do believe things happen for a reason, and I think this new plan is for the best. I dream about the day when I will be touring the world and playing these new songs for you all.
