Hello everyone!! Long time no talk! Sorry to have disappeared for a while, but I have been working on many different projects and most importantly to me, trying to get this album out! I want to first talk about the album since I’m sure that is the biggest question on all of your minds. I was so hoping to have at least the first single to radio in the US by now, but I got caught up once again with moronic people who promised one thing and did another. I so wish I could go into detail about all the crap I've been put through. Maybe one day. Anyway, the bottom line is that more of my time got wasted and I had to switch up the plan yet again and find necessary funds elsewhere. This is still going to be an independent release here in the US, and a major label release internationally. I can't say what label yet, but when the international deal is closer to being finished I will let you all know.

The current plan is to put the single out in the US by August, with an American tour to coincide for the rest of the year. Then album out this Fall. I will then take the single and album internationally and tour the world. The business is sooooo beyond screwed up and bizarre right now that it's become harder to properly put an album like mine out than it is to actually make it successful once it is out! Totally backwards. I keep telling myself that it's taken this long for a reason, whatever that might be...I'm hoping it was to find the right people to get behind me and this album and I do believe we've finally found that. As soon as the deals become more firm, I will let you all know the details and then the exact timing of the release of my long, long overdue album. I've had to push through some pretty insane obstacles, but I am finally feeling truly close to this dream becoming a reality. So please be patient with me just a little bit longer, it will all be worth it in the end. On to the other news...

As many of you Brazilian fans may know already, I will be doing a quick full band tour there the beginning of next month (June). Unfortunately it isn't to coincide with the release of the first single for the album, it's simply to visit you all and play some more shows, which I'm dying to do. The rest of the world, please understand that I haven't been playing shows in your countries because it is impossible to do so without an album out. However, Brazil is a place that luckily keeps having me back, and of course, I'm not going to miss out on that opportunity since I am hungry to perform. I miss Europe and Asia and all the other places I used to tour so much and I can't wait to get back out there soon. But for right now it's back to Brazil, and that's fine with me cause I love the country and you Brazilian fans rock:) I've got an awesome new band and a new set and some new songs and am ready to make these few shows next month the best I've ever done. Check the tour dates section for updated shows. I do know I will be arriving in Brazil June 4th and leaving sometime around the 14th…possibly then to Singapore for some shows as well. There should be at least 5 shows throughout Brazil...and I am desperately trying to have one in Belo Horizonte! And I will of course be bringing EPs again and signing for you all after each show. I'll also be doing some TV and press as well while I'm there. Oh and check my message board for information on Meet and Greets. I will also be finishing up that duet song in the studio while I'm there as well. Sadly, Marjorie Estiano will not be doing it with me for reasons out of my control. But, I was hooked up with this really talented artist in Brazil named Yasmin Gontijo. She already recorded her vocals on the track with me and it sounds awesome! More details on that soon.

Some of you may also know that I am working with Spanish Soap Star Gabriella Spanic on her new album. She has been a pleasure to work with and we are doing some pretty exciting stuff together. It's still in the early stages, but I will let you all know more soon.

DVD update: It’s soooo close to being done! We’re just finishing up the mixes and all the video is already edited and put together. You are all really going to enjoy this thing once it’s in your hands, I’m very, very proud of it. Still not sure exactly when and how it will be purchasable, but when it’s totally finished I am going to do my best to make it immediately available to you all.

I have been writing for a bunch of other artists and projects. As soon as I get confirmation on some of them I’ll fill you all in. The song I submitted for American Idol, as the winner’s main single, made it all the way to the last second, but was unfortunately not chosen :( They may still use it though in some other way possibly, and we are, of course, hoping they do! I’d love for you all to hear it.

My new website is still a work in progress, so please bare with me and let me know your thoughts and comments by leaving them on the message board. When we get closer to the single/album release, there will be a whole lot more going on here and I have some exciting new ideas of how to include you all in every step of the journey :)

Hallo alle zusammen! Lang nicht mehr gesprochen! Es tut mir leid dass ich für eine weile verschwunden war aber ich habe an vielen verschiedenen Projekten gearbeitet und am wichtigsten für mich, versucht das Album heraus zu bringen.
Ich möchte als erstes über das Album reden, denn ich denke das ist die größte Frage in euren Köpfen. Ich habe gehofft dass ich zumindest die Single in den USA zu diesem Zeitpunkt im Radio veröffentlicht hätte, aber wieder geriet ich an dämliche Leute die das eine versprachen und etwas anderes taten. Ich wünschte ich könnte an dieser Stelle mehr ins Detail gehen durch was ich gehen musste...Vielleicht irgendwann. Wie dem auch sei, im Endeffekt wurde noch mehr meiner Zeit verschwendet und wieder musste ich meinen Plan ändern und nötige Gelder woanders finden. Es wird weiterhin eine unabhängige Veröffentlichung hier in den USA und eine Veröffentlichung durch ein Hauptlabel International. Ich kann noch nicht sagen welches Label aber wenn die Unterzeichnung des Internationalen Deals näher rückt, werde ich euch das wissen lassen.

Der momentane Plan ist dass ich die Single mit einer Tour durch Amerika im August heraus bringe. Dann soll das Album im Herbst folgen. Dann werde ich die Single und das Album international heraus bringen und durch die Welt touren.
Das Business ist im Moment so verquer und bizarr dass es noch schwerer wurde auf vernünftigem Wege ein Album wie meins heraus zu bringen als es erfolgreich zu machen wenn es erst einmal draußen ist. Absolut in der falschen Reihenfolge. Ich sage mir selbst dass es einen Grund dafür gibt dass es so lange dauert, was immer der Grund sein mag.... Ich hoffe dass ich nun endlich die richtigen Leute gefunden habe die hinter mir und dem Album stehen und ich glaube das haben wir auch. Sobald die Deals standhafter sind, werde ich euch alle die Details und dann die exakten Daten meines längst überfälligen Albums wissen lassen.
Ich musste eine menge verrückte Hindernisse überwinden aber jetzt fühle ich mich endlich meinem großen Traum nahe und merke dass er real wird. Also bitte habt noch ein kleines bisschen geduld mit mir , das wird es am ende alles wert sein. Nun zu den anderen News...

Wie viele von euch Brasilianischen Fans schon wissen, werde ich eine schnelle Tour mit einer ganzen Band machen und werde Anfang nächsten Monats (Juni) da sein. Leider wird die Tour mit der Veröffentlichung der ersten Single meines Albums nicht übereinstimmen, ich komme einfach um euch zu besuchen und um mehr Shows zu spielen, wofür ich gerade alles geben würde.
Der Rest der Welt, bitte versteht dass ich nicht in euren Ländern spielen kann weil es unmöglich ist ohne ein Album. Wie auch immer, Brasilien ist ein Ort der mich glücklicherweise immer wieder da haben möchte, und natürlich werde ich diese Chance nicht verpassen da ich danach hungere wieder aufzutreten. Ich vermisse Europa und Asien und alle anderen Orte wo ich sonst so oft war und ich kann kaum erwarten bald wieder zurück zu kommen.
Aber jetzt heißt es zurück nach Brasilien, und damit kann ich gut leben denn ich liebe dieses Land und ihr Brasilianischen Fans rockt  
Ich habe eine großartige neue Band und ein neues Set und ein paar neue Songs und ich bin bereit, diese paar Shows zu den besten zu machen, die ich je gemacht habe! Seht mal in der Tourdaten-Section nach und guckt nach baldigen Shows.
Ich weiß dass ich am 4 Juni ankommen- und irgendwann am 14 Juni wieder abfliegen werde. Dann geht’s wahrscheinlich nach Singapur für ein paar weitere Shows...Es sollten ungefähr 5 Shows in Brasilien sein und ich versuche verzweifelt eine in Belo Horizonte zu geben. Und natürlich werde ich EP's mitbringen und für euch alle nach den Shows signieren. Außerdem werde ich ein wenig TV und Presse machen während ich da bin. Oh und seht auf meinem Messageboard wegen Informationen von Meet und Greets nach.
Und ich werde endlich dass Duett im Studio beenden während ich da bin...Traurigerweise wird Marjorie Estiano das Duett nicht mit mir machen wegen Gründen die ich nicht beeinflussen kann. Aber ich lernte eine sehr talentierte Künstlerin kennen namens Yasmin Gontijo. Sie hat ihren Gesang schon aufgenommen und es klingt toll! Mehr Einzelheiten dazu bald.

Manche von euch wissen wahrscheinlich auch dass ich mit der Spanischen Soap-Darstellein Gabriella Spanic an ihrem neuen Album arbeite. Es war wirklich schön mit ihr zu arbeiten und wir machen wirklich aufregende Sachen zusammen. Es ist noch in den Anfängen aber ich werd euch alle bald mehr wissen lassen.

DVD Update: Die DVD ist fast fertig! Wir machen gerade noch die mixe fertig und das ganze Videomaterial ist schon editiert und zusammengefügt. Ihr werdet das Ding genießen sobald ihr es in den Händen haltet, ich bin wirklich, wirklich stolz drauf. Ich weiß noch nicht genau wann und wie es erhältlich sein soll aber sobald alles fertig ist werd ich mein bestes geben euch den kauf zu ermöglichen.

Ich habe für ein paar andere Künstler und Projekte geschrieben. Sobald ich die Bestätigung für einige bekomme werd ich euch alle informieren. Der Song den ich für American Idol eingereicht habe, als Single für den Gewinner, hat es fast bis zu letzten Sekunde geschafft aber wurde dann leider doch nicht gewählt :(  Vielleicht werden sie den Song doch noch für irgendwas verwenden was wir natürlich hoffen! Ich wünsche mir für euch dass ihr es hören könnt!

Meine neue Website ist noch immer in Arbeit also bitte habt geduld mit mir und lasst mich wissen was ihr denkt mit Kommentaren hier auf dem Messageboard. Wenn wir dem Single/Album Release näher rücken wird dort eine menge mehr los sein und ich habe ein paar aufregende Ideen wie ich euch an jedem schritt dieser Reise teilhaben lassen kann:)
